Does the AI write our guide?
No. You write or paste the wording for each stop. Muser translates and narrates from it, and you can review every language before you publish.
What if a translation is wrong?
Each language on a stop has its own status, and publishing warns you about anything unreviewed. Edit the wording and regenerate that language.
Can we use our own recordings?
Yes. Upload a recording for any stop or language, or use a generated voice, and swap either later.
What does a visitor need to do?
Scan the QR code and type the number on the label. It opens in their phone’s browser, so there is nothing to install and nothing to sign up for.
Can we change it after it’s live?
Yes. Edit, regenerate, add a stop, and publish. The QR code and short link stay the same, so printed signage stays right.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you haven’t subscribed, your organisation becomes read-only and your guides stay live for 14 days. Subscribe and everything is restored; nothing is deleted. The 2-month trial needs no card.
